By Rail/Bus:

If you're traveling via Turin airport, you need to get to the Porta Nova railway station (www.trenitalia.com) via bus. From the station you can get a train to Oulx (sometimes this requires change at Bussoleno), the nearest railway station to the resort. It is 30 km far from Serre Chevalier. From Paris, there is an overnight direct sleeper to nearby Briancon and a Paris-Valence-Briancon TGV as well as a Paris-Grenoble-Briancon TGV (www.sncf.fr). There is also a Paris-Oulx TGV train, but that requires taking a shuttle from Oulx to the resort. A direct train runs from Marseille to Briancon. There are also regular coaches from Grenoble (www.vfd.fr), Marseille (www.scal-amv-voyages.com) and Turin (www.sapav.it).
