Whoever comes to La Toussuire can ski at the area of Maurienne, Fontcouverte and Villarembert, places interconnected by cable cars and featuring various pistes. The Ecole de ski Français is the unique school that issues certificate and has 70 instructors teaching all snowsports disciplines in small groups. Sunny terrain of 27 km is meant for the followers of cross-country skiing, a network of snowshoe hiking trails is an attractive opportunity to explore the region, as well as snowmobile outing which is also a great fun.
Summer activities
Come to La Toussuire in summer and your bronze tan is guaranteed due to the mild sun rays. A hiking tour will disclose before you the fantastic beauties of the Savoy. Mighty peaks and beautiful meadows will alternate in front of you followed by alpine lakes and shady forests while you are strolling around.
