If traveling from the north, Avoriaz is reachable via the Eurostar, which starts from London's Waterloo Station, and connects with French Rail (www.sncf.fr/com) TGV trains or Swiss trains (www.rail.ch) to Thonon-les-Bains, Cluses or Geneva train stations. The Eurostar offers direct service to French Bourge St Maurice and Aime La Plange on Fridays and Saturdays. Bus transfers are available from the respective station to the resort. Transfers can also be arranged from Geneve Cointrin Airport, with additional buses running to Avoriaz.
